With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.

Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!

Pre-Launch

With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.

So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.

RETURNS POLICY

If you'd like to exchange or return your order please include your name and order number with the return, our returns address is:

Subject to the terms set out below we are happy to offer a refund or exchange on all goods except goods which are special orders or nutrition products, or where we have expressly advised you that there is no right to return the goods ordered (save in the event the goods are faulty) provided the goods are returned to us within 14 days of delivery to you.

If you return goods to us and request a different size or alternative product we will send it out free of charge (subject to stock availability). If you require a refund (or the replacement item is not in stock) we aim to process refunds within 2 working days of receipt of the goods. It is your responsibility to ensure that the item is returned to us safely and securely and in saleable condition.

Refunds will be processed using the same method of payment used for the original purchase. Due to the high incidence of fraud, we regret that we are unable to offer any refund without a valid receipt/delivery note.

If the product is faulty or wrong due to a mistake on our part then we will send out replacements free of charge and supply you with a prepaid returns label. For all goods returned please include a letter giving details along with a copy of the original receipt. Returned goods must be unused and with all appropriate packaging and labelling intact.

The G2 RSC is a dependable, go-anywhere, do-anything brake system with plenty of power when needed. Based on the SRAM Code design, it offers Code-like power and modulation in a mini-Code package. The signature Guide lever-feel and contact-point adjustability ensure great performance for every rider.

The G2 RSC features an alloy blade, lever pivot bushings, and stainless steel hardware. It includes a timing port closure system with durable seals and an ultra-smooth cylinder bore finish for dependable braking power and consistency. The contact point adjustment allows customization of brake feel without moving the pads.

The S4 lightweight 4-piston caliper features machined and moly-coated aluminum pistons, heat shield insulation, and bleeding edge porting for easy bleeds. SwingLink technology provides less deadband and more positive engagement, balancing power and precision. Engineered for easy installation, it offers added stiffness and a new pad compound for more bite.
