Subject to the terms set out below we are happy to offer a refund or exchange on all goods except goods which are special orders or nutrition products, or where we have expressly advised you that there is no right to return the goods ordered (save in the event the goods are faulty) provided the goods are returned to us within 14 days of delivery to you.

If you return goods to us and request a different size or alternative product we will send it out free of charge (subject to stock availability). If you require a refund (or the replacement item is not in stock) we aim to process refunds within 2 working days of receipt of the goods. It is your responsibility to ensure that the item is returned to us safely and securely and in saleable condition.

Refunds will be processed using the same method of payment used for the original purchase. Due to the high incidence of fraud, we regret that we are unable to offer any refund without a valid receipt/delivery note.

If the product is faulty or wrong due to a mistake on our part then we will send out replacements free of charge and supply you with a prepaid returns label. For all goods returned please include a letter giving details along with a copy of the original receipt. Returned goods must be unused and with all appropriate packaging and labelling intact.

Its SLR Mountain Carbon frame is as light as it is meticulous, with a high modulus lay-up that gives you all the stiffness you crave, and none of the weight. XC courses get rowdier every year, so it's equipped with a 110 mm fork and 80 mm of IsoStrut rear suspension to smooth your roll without kicking pedalling efficiency to the wind. It's all topped off with a carbon cockpit and SRAM's wireless GX AXS Transmission.

It's right for you if...Party laps are fun, but you're ready to race. You want a cross-country steed that sprints up climbs, hammers to the finish and feels good doing it thanks to 80 mm of IsoStrut rear suspension.
