With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.
Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!
With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.
So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.
Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indication purposes only and can change at any time without notice.
The dates we provide are based on indications given by our suppliers. Whenever we get updated information from our suppliers we will endeavour to update the Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates provided on product pages.
Hassle free returns
Subject to the terms set out below we are happy to offer a refund or exchange on all goods except goods which are special orders or nutrition products, or where we have expressly advised you that there is no right to return the goods ordered (save in the event the goods are faulty) provided the goods are returned to us within 14 days of delivery to you.
If you return goods to us and request a different size or alternative product we will send it out free of charge (subject to stock availability). If you require a refund (or the replacement item is not in stock) we aim to process refunds within 2 working days of receipt of the goods. It is your responsibility to ensure that the item is returned to us safely and securely and in saleable condition.
Refunds will be processed using the same method of payment used for the original purchase. Due to the high incidence of fraud, we regret that we are unable to offer any refund without a valid receipt/delivery note.
If the product is faulty or wrong due to a mistake on our part then we will send out replacements free of charge and supply you with a prepaid returns label. For all goods returned please include a letter giving details along with a copy of the original receipt. Returned goods must be unused and with all appropriate packaging and labelling intact.

Double chainring equipped entry-level 27.5" aluminium hardtail.
Featuring a more upright and, therefore, more comfortable riding position than more race-focused hardtails. The riding position puts less strain on the lower back and also improves the visibility of what lies ahead. A 100 mm suspension fork from SR Suntour and hydraulic disc brakes improve comfort and control even further.
The alternative to BIG.NINE 29er hardtails for riders who prefer the smaller 27.5" wheels. The latest aluminium frame generation of BIG.SEVEN TFS and SPEED mountain bikes featuring slim tube shapes create a new look and a more relaxed geometry. A shorter top tube and a higher head tube offering a more upright riding position and enhanced trail visibility.
Similarly to the 29er wheeled BIG.NINE range, the classic BIG.SEVEN hardtails are the backbone of the range and showcase the enormous wealth of experience and knowledge gained in over half a century of bike production and manufacturing.
