With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.

Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!

Pre-Launch

With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.

So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.

The dates we provide are based on indications given by our suppliers. Whenever we get updated information from our suppliers we will endeavour to update the Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates provided on product pages.

Subject to the terms set out below we are happy to offer a refund or exchange on all goods except goods which are special orders or nutrition products, or where we have expressly advised you that there is no right to return the goods ordered (save in the event the goods are faulty) provided the goods are returned to us within 14 days of delivery to you.

If you return goods to us and request a different size or alternative product we will send it out free of charge (subject to stock availability). If you require a refund (or the replacement item is not in stock) we aim to process refunds within 2 working days of receipt of the goods. It is your responsibility to ensure that the item is returned to us safely and securely and in saleable condition.

Refunds will be processed using the same method of payment used for the original purchase. Due to the high incidence of fraud, we regret that we are unable to offer any refund without a valid receipt/delivery note.

If the product is faulty or wrong due to a mistake on our part then we will send out replacements free of charge and supply you with a prepaid returns label. For all goods returned please include a letter giving details along with a copy of the original receipt. Returned goods must be unused and with all appropriate packaging and labelling intact.

A robust Marzocchi Z1 170 mm fork and Bomber Air shock ensure trail stability, while the Shimano Deore Linkglide drivetrain is built for daily e-bike use.

With the latest eONE-SIXTY, every descent is an adventure waiting to happen. Its all-aluminium frame offers exceptional value and battery range, powered by a removable 750 Wh battery and optional 360 Wh range extender. The geometry, inspired by the award-winning ONE-SIXTY enduro range, provides handling that conquers tough climbs and exhilarating descents. The FAST kinematic suspension, with 174 mm of rear wheel travel, adapts to any trail challenge.

The bike's mixed wheel size, with a 29" front and 27.5" rear, allows for playful handling, and can be switched to a full 29er setup without altering the geometry, thanks to the flip chip design. Low standover heights across all sizes offer a choice between a longer frame for stability or a shorter one for agility. Some models include a 30-230 mm travel-adjustable dropper post.
