Pre-Order

With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.

Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!

Pre-Launch

With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.

So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.

The dates we provide are based on indications given by our suppliers. Whenever we get updated information from our suppliers we will endeavour to update the Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates provided on product pages.

RETURNS POLICY

If you'd like to exchange or return your order please include your name and order number with the return, our returns address is:

Subject to the terms set out below we are happy to offer a refund or exchange on all goods except goods which are special orders or nutrition products, or where we have expressly advised you that there is no right to return the goods ordered (save in the event the goods are faulty) provided the goods are returned to us within 14 days of delivery to you.

If you return goods to us and request a different size or alternative product we will send it out free of charge (subject to stock availability). If you require a refund (or the replacement item is not in stock) we aim to process refunds within 2 working days of receipt of the goods. It is your responsibility to ensure that the item is returned to us safely and securely and in saleable condition.

Refunds will be processed using the same method of payment used for the original purchase. Due to the high incidence of fraud, we regret that we are unable to offer any refund without a valid receipt/delivery note.

If the product is faulty or wrong due to a mistake on our part then we will send out replacements free of charge and supply you with a prepaid returns label. For all goods returned please include a letter giving details along with a copy of the original receipt. Returned goods must be unused and with all appropriate packaging and labelling intact.

Your rights to return goods are protected under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 which can be found at theConsumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 (legislation.gov.uk).

The founder, Steve Mathews, originally made this product for himself to fill a need for longer distances, to be longer lasting than our creams so he didn't need to reapply as much, AND be easier to carry than an 8 oz tube of Butt'r.

Ultra is very different from our other Butt'r creams (and for some rides, that's a good thing!). We spent six years perfecting Ultra balm's formula to be thicker than our anti-chafe creams for advanced protection and longer lasting comfort. Basically, Ultra is made to be applied and stay where you put it. We worked to perfect this formula with a select group of experienced long distance and ultra endurance cyclists as well as everyday cyclists and bikepackers to ensure this balm was up to the test (Thanks to Phil Gaimon, Rebecca Rusch, Jay Petervary, Brooke Goudy, Charon Smith, Matt Acker, Eddie O'Dea, Alison Tetrick, Yuri Hauswald, Raequan Wilson, Amanda Nauman, Brian McCulloch, Taylor Lideen, Dave Sheek...).
